받아 오지 못한 그림은 안내 문구나 원래 주소로 남을 수 있습니다. 빠른 PDF 버튼의 브라우저 인쇄는 이미 받아 둔 그림을 재사용합니다.

라이선스 확인
라이선스 키는 전자서명된 문자열이며, 확장이 기기 안에서 서명을 검증합니다. 키가 유효한지 확인하려고 서버와 통신하지 않습니다.
키 안에는 플랜(Pro · 기관), 발급일, 만료일, 키 번호, 그리고 구매로 받은 키라면 라이선스 번호가 들어 있습니다.
직접 발급받은 키에는 발급 때 적은 표시 이름이 들어 있을 수 있습니다. 구매로 받은 키에는 이름이나 이메일을 넣지 않습니다.
대화 본문 처리와 결제·라이선스 처리는 별개입니다. 아래 결제 항목은 Pro 구매·갱신·지원 과정에 적용됩니다.
무료 Pro 코드 등록과 이메일 인증
일반 무료판 사용에는 이메일이나 계정이 필요하지 않습니다. 무료 Pro 코드 등록을 선택한 경우에만 이메일을 인증합니다. 운영자는 이메일, 인증번호의 해시와 만료·시도 횟수, 짧은 인증 세션, 캠페인·등록·라이선스 번호, 발급·만료 시각과 발급 키를 처리합니다. 인증, 중복 등록·사용 한도 관리, 키 복구와 지원에만 사용하며 홍보 이메일을 보내지 않습니다. 라이선스 키에 본인 이메일이 포함되므로 공유하지 마세요.

Your conversations are never sent to the developer's server, under any circumstances.
On the Free plan, only if you have explicitly consented, the extension sends feature-usage statistics that contain no conversation content whatsoever.

Conversation content
When you choose messages to save, the extension creates a clone within the same page and generates the document in your browser.
PDF saving uses the browser’s print dialog; Markdown, Word, and Hangul exports create files. Temporary clones are removed after the operation.
Apart from files you choose to save, conversation text, titles, and URLs are not retained on or sent to the developer’s server.
Images embedded in documents
Markdown, Word (.docx), and Hangul (.hwpx) file exports may make an additional request to an image address already present on the page to include it in the document.
The request goes to that image server, not the developer’s server. The extension does not attach the conversation body, but information already contained in an image URL and ordinary connection information may be processed by the image server.
Images that cannot be fetched may be replaced with a notice or their original address. Browser printing through the quick PDF button reuses images already loaded.
The Organization build does not fetch images. That code is not present in the Organization build at all,
and only a placeholder note is left where each image would be.

These values exist only in your browser (or in your Chrome account's sync) and are not transmitted to the developer.
The only exception is the license number described under "Annual subscription key renewal" below.
Usage statistics — Free plan, only with your consent
Right after installation, an onboarding page asks whether to send them. If you do not consent, nothing is sent.
Even after consenting, you can turn it off at any time from the toolbar icon, and organization administrators can block it by policy (allowTelemetry: false).
The statistics serve two purposes — quickly detecting when a change in the page structure of ChatGPT · Claude · Gemini · Perplexity has broken a feature,
and learning which features are actually used so they can be improved.

Anything that identifies the device or the user
The fields and values that can be sent are fixed in the extension's code and cannot be expanded through remote configuration;
if anything other than the defined values appears, the entire record is discarded.
The current version has no collection address configured, so in practice no statistics are sent.
Before collection begins, the recipient and retention period will be added to this policy, and the change will be announced through an extension update.
License verification
A license key is a digitally signed string, and the extension verifies the signature on your device. It does not contact any server to check whether a key is valid.
The key contains the plan (Pro · Organization), the issue date, the expiration date, a key number, and — for keys received through purchase — a license number.
A directly issued key may contain the display name entered when it was issued. Keys received through purchase contain no name or email.
Conversation processing and payment/license processing are separate. The payment section below applies to Pro purchases, renewals and support.
Free Pro codes and email verification
Ordinary free use requires no email or account. Email verification is optional and applies only when redeeming a free Pro code. We process your email, verification code digest and its expiry/attempt count, short verification session, campaign/redemption/license identifiers, issue and expiry times, and the issued key. This supports verification, redemption limits, recovery and support, with no marketing emails. Your email is included in the license key; do not share it.
Cloudflare hosts the website, verification API and license storage, and processes IP and connection information during HTTPS delivery. Server IP hashes for abuse prevention are valid for at most one hour. Codes are not stored in plaintext and expire within 10 minutes; sessions within 30 minutes and rate-limit records within 24 hours. Expired records are deleted on the next request. Timed redemption/key records are retained for up to one year after expiry, then deleted on the next request. Free lifetime email, campaign, issue-date and license records are kept while providing the entitlement, recovery and support. We check email-domain eligibility for school codes. The operator may view and export a restricted roster of verified promo recipients and purchase/license records. Installing from the Chrome Web Store alone does not collect an email. Contact admin.chat2pdf@gmail.com for access, correction or deletion. Conversation content is never sent for verification or redemption.
Verification emails are sent through Resend, which processes recipient, sender and reply-to addresses, the message containing the verification code, and delivery logs. The current free plan retains emails/logs for 30 days; other processing and international transfers follow the Resend Privacy Policy. The verification code itself is usable only within 10 minutes of sending.
Payment, license, and customer-support information
Pro purchases take place on the Creem checkout page. Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) processes checkout as Merchant of Record. This section applies to that purchase flow. Payment processing is separate from the free edition’s local conversation processing.
Information handled by Creem: purchase email, name, billing country/address and tax details entered at checkout, payment-method information, amount, currency, and transaction records. These support payment, receipts, taxes, fraud prevention, and refunds. Processing, retention, and international transfers are governed by the Creem Privacy Notice and payment-provider policies.
Information used by the operator: purchase email and customer, order, product, transaction, and subscription identifiers provided by Creem; amount, currency, payment/renewal/cancellation/refund status and timestamps; license number, plan, validity period, and issued keys. These support license delivery and renewal, purchase verification, cancellation, refunds, accounting, and disputes. We do not collect or store full card numbers or security codes.
Information sent by the extension: only the license number when renewing an annual key. The extension does not transmit the purchase email or payment details. No device identifier is collected to enforce a device-count limit.
Support: your email address, message, and any order information you send to admin.chat2pdf@gmail.com are processed through Gmail to resolve the request. Do not send conversation bodies or card numbers.
Payment and license records are kept while needed to provide the paid entitlement and purchase support. Unneeded information is deleted after use ends or upon an erasure request; records required for accounting, tax, or legal disputes are retained for the applicable statutory period and used only for those purposes. Creem’s own transaction-record retention follows its policy.

Purchase verification and key recovery
The purchase page uses a random request identifier and an essential cookie valid for up to 24 hours, preventing someone from obtaining a license solely from a return URL. Verify your purchase email to recover issued keys or open the Creem customer portal. Resend sends verification and paid-license emails and processes the recipient email and message body, including the license key. Purchaser emails and issued entitlements are stored alongside promo recipients with their issuance source. Incomplete checkout requests are removed on the next request after 30 days.
Website access
Cloudflare serves c2pdf.com and may process connection information such as IP addresses, request times and paths, and browser details for delivery and security. The site stores only your chosen display language in browser localStorage; that value is not sent to the server. Web fonts load from Google Fonts, which may process connection data. This site has no conversation-body upload feature.
Annual subscription key renewal
Keys received through an annual subscription have an expiration date. So that Pro is not interrupted while your subscription continues, the extension asks the developer's license server (www.c2pdf.com/v1/renew) whether a new key is available, once a day, from 7 days before expiration until 60 days after expiration.

If the subscription for that license is still active, the server returns a new key, and the extension verifies the new key's signature on your device before swapping it in.
Cancellation stops the next charge while keeping Pro available through the paid period. A completed refund ends the paid entitlement for that payment, but the server cannot immediately delete or block a locally stored key. See the refund and cancellation policy.
The server uses the license number to look up the paid period and subscription status. Hosting providers may process connection data such as IP addresses when delivering HTTPS requests; conversation bodies are not sent.
Lifetime licenses, directly issued keys, keys deployed by an administrator through policy, and the Organization build do not make this request.
Pressing the "Check for renewal" button on the toolbar icon performs one check regardless of the date.
Organization edition
Organization is a separate edition in which usage statistics, image fetching, and annual subscription key renewal are removed at build time. They are not turned off by a setting — the code itself is absent, and the build makes no network requests. Licenses are deployed by an administrator through Chrome policy.
