취소만 하면 이미 결제한 금액이 자동으로 환불되는 것은 아닙니다. 최근 결제가 14일 이내라면 환불도 함께 요청할 수 있습니다. 평생권은 US$19.99 일회성 결제(세금 별도)이며 반복 결제가 없으므로 갱신 취소 절차가 필요하지 않습니다.
환불 후 이용 권리와 라이선스 키

기기 안에서 서명을 검증하는 라이선스의 특성상 키를 원격 삭제하거나 즉시 차단하지 못합니다. 연간 키는 자체 만료일까지 남아 있을 수 있고 평생 키는 자동 만료되지 않습니다. 기술적으로 키가 남는 것과 환불 후 유료 이용 권리가 유지되는 것은 별개입니다. 환불 후 고급 설정에서 키를 지우고 무료판으로 이용해 주세요. 키 삭제 확인은 환불 조건이 아닙니다.
Every initial purchase, annual renewal payment, and lifetime purchase is fully refundable when requested within 14 days of that payment’s timestamp. No reason, usage limit, or export-count condition applies.

Provide your purchase email or order number so we can locate the payment. No reason, proof of usage, or proof of key removal is required.
Eligibility is based on when you send the request. Processing delays do not invalidate a timely request.
Creem processes the full amount charged, including taxes collected for that payment, back to the original payment method. Payment-provider or bank posting times may vary. Never email card numbers, security codes, or conversation bodies.
How to cancel an annual subscription
Pro annual is US$2.99 per year, plus applicable taxes, with automatic annual renewal and charging. Cancel at any time with no cancellation fee.
Open the customer portal link in your Creem purchase receipt email.
Select the subscription and choose Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription.
Alternatively, email admin.chat2pdf@gmail.com to request cancellation with your purchase email or order number.
Complete cancellation or send your email request before the renewal charge. Cancellation stops the next automatic charge; Pro remains available through the end of the paid period. Afterward you may continue using the free edition. Uninstalling the extension or deleting its key does not cancel automatic billing.
Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a payment already made. If a recent payment is within 14 days, you may request its refund too. Lifetime is a US$19.99 one-time payment, plus applicable taxes, with no recurring charge to cancel.
Rights and license keys after a refund
Once a refund is completed, the paid entitlement associated with that payment ends and further automatic charges on the related annual subscription are stopped. The free edition remains available.
Locally verified keys cannot be remotely deleted or immediately blocked. An annual key may remain until its own expiry; lifetime keys do not automatically expire. A key remaining technically usable does not preserve the refunded paid entitlement. After a refund, remove the key in Advanced settings and use the free edition. Proof of removal is not a refund condition.
