1. 운영자와 적용 범위
이 약관은 Durumi(Chrome 웹스토어 표시명: Lumi)가 제공하는 Chat → PDF 크롬 확장 프로그램, c2pdf.com 웹사이트, Pro 구매·구독에 적용됩니다. 제품·라이선스·취소·환불 문의는 admin.chat2pdf@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요.
확장은 OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity AI와 제휴하지 않은 독립적인 도구입니다. 해당 서비스의 계정과 이용 요금은 이 제품에 포함되지 않습니다.
2. 무료판과 Pro 이용 범위
무료판은 회원 가입 없이 PDF와 Markdown으로 답변 하나, 위로 1~3개, 대화 전체를 저장할 수 있습니다. 일일 저장 횟수 제한이 없고, 문서 끝에 제품 표시 문구가 들어갑니다.
Pro는 Word(.docx)·한글(.hwpx) 내보내기, 여러 메시지 선택, 직접 지정한 범위, 접힌 내용 펼치기, 기록용 표지, 개인정보 가리기와 제품 표시 문구 제거 기능을 제공합니다. 구체적인 기능은 기능 설명에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 정확한 지원 범위는 설치 버전과 원본 서비스의 화면 구조에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
무료판과 Pro로 만든 문서는 개인·업무 용도로 사용할 수 있습니다. 다만 저장하거나 공유하는 내용에 대한 권한은 사용자가 확보해야 합니다. 확장은 다른 서비스가 작성한 내용의 권리나 정확성을 보증하지 않으며, 운영자는 내보낸 문서의 소유권을 주장하지 않습니다.
무료 Pro 이용권 코드
이메일 인증 후 Pro 이용권 코드 등록에서 무료 이용권을 받을 수 있습니다. 카드 입력이나 결제가 없고 자동갱신·자동결제·유료 구독 전환이 없습니다. 코드별 등록 마감일·총 수량·이용 기간·이메일 도메인 조건이 적용됩니다. 학교·기관용 코드는 지정된 도메인의 이메일 인증이 필요합니다. 기간제는 등록일부터 안내된 종료 시각까지 이용하고 이후 무료판으로 전환됩니다. 평생 무료 이용권은 만료일이 없으며, 이 확장의 업데이트와 제품 유지 기간의 이메일 지원을 포함합니다. 별도 제품·서비스나 영구적인 서버 운영·외부 서비스 호환은 포함하거나 보장하지 않습니다.
이메일별 같은 캠페인 1회이며, 유효한 유료 이용권이나 다른 무료 Pro 이용권과 중복·기간 연장할 수 없습니다. 본인 소유 여러 기기에서 사용할 수 있고 공유·재판매할 수 없습니다. 등록을 중지해도 이미 발급된 키는 원래 기간 동안 유효합니다. 동일 이메일과 코드로 유효기간 안에 다시 등록하면 기존 키를 복구하며 기간은 다시 시작되지 않습니다. 무료 이용권에는 환불할 결제액이 없습니다. 법률상 고객 권리는 유지됩니다.
3. 가격, 기간, 자동갱신
Pro 연간 구독

매년 자동갱신·자동결제되는 구독입니다. 첫 결제부터 1년간 이용하고, 취소하지 않으면 매년 다음 이용 기간의 요금이 자동으로 결제됩니다. 결제 화면과 영수증에 표시되는 총액·갱신일을 확인해 주세요. 언제든 다음 갱신을 취소할 수 있습니다.
Pro 평생 이용권
US$19.99 · 세금 별도
일회성 결제이며 자동갱신이나 반복 결제가 없습니다. 구매한 Chat → PDF Pro 라이선스에는 만료일이 없습니다. 이 확장에 대해 배포되는 업데이트가 포함되며, 제품을 유지하는 동안 이메일 지원을 제공합니다. 별도로 판매되는 다른 제품·서비스는 포함되지 않습니다. 영구적인 서버 운영, 특정 외부 서비스와의 영구 호환, 정해진 주기의 업데이트를 보장하는 상품은 아닙니다.
연간권·평생권 모두 구매자 1명이 본인 소유 여러 기기에서 사용할 수 있습니다. 기기 대수 제한은 없고 기기 식별값으로 사용을 추적하지 않습니다. 다른 사람과 키를 공유하거나 재판매·재배포하는 것은 허용되지 않습니다. 기관판·다인용 이용은 별도 견적과 구매 조건을 따릅니다.
표시 가격은 미국 달러 기준입니다. 적용 세금·통화·총 결제액은 결제 화면에서 구매 전에 표시됩니다. 기존 구독의 가격이나 중요한 구매 조건을 변경할 때에는 다음 갱신 전에 안내하고 취소할 기회를 제공합니다. 이미 결제한 기간의 이용 권리를 소급해 줄이지 않습니다.
4. 결제와 라이선스 제공
Creem이 판매대행자(Merchant of Record)로 결제, 영수증 발급, 적용 세금, 환불 처리를 담당합니다. 결제에는 Creem 구매자 약관도 적용되며, 확장 기능·라이선스·고객 지원은 Durumi가 제공합니다.
결제가 완료되면 돌아온 구매 화면과 구매 이메일로 라이선스 키와 이용 안내를 제공합니다. 유료 키는 확장 1.18.33 이상에서 적용할 수 있으므로 먼저 업데이트하세요. 크롬 툴바의 확장 아이콘 → 고급에서 키를 적용할 수 있습니다. 키를 받지 못했거나 기능이 켜지지 않으면 구매 이메일이나 주문 번호로 지원을 요청해 주세요. 지원 문의에 카드 번호·보안 코드·채팅 본문을 보낼 필요는 없습니다.
5. 구독 취소
연간 구독은 언제든 취소할 수 있으며 취소 수수료는 없습니다. Creem 구매 영수증에 있는 고객 포털 링크를 열고 구독을 선택한 뒤 Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription을 선택하세요. 포털 접근이 어렵거나 이메일 취소를 원하면 admin.chat2pdf@gmail.com으로 요청할 수 있습니다.
취소는 다음 자동결제를 중단합니다. 이미 결제한 이용 기간이 끝날 때까지 Pro를 사용할 수 있고, 이후에는 무료판을 사용할 수 있습니다. 이용 기간은 결제 영수증에 표시된 기간을 기준으로 합니다. 갱신 결제 전에 취소를 완료하거나 이메일로 취소 요청을 보내 주세요. 확장을 삭제하거나 라이선스 키를 지우는 것만으로는 구독이 취소되지 않습니다.
취소 자체는 이미 결제한 금액의 환불 요청과는 별개입니다. 최근 결제에 대해 아래 환불을 함께 요청할 수 있습니다.
6. 14일 무조건 전액 환불
최초 구매, 매년 갱신 결제, 평생권 구매 각각 결제 시각부터 14일 이내에 요청하면 해당 결제액 전액을 환불합니다. 사유·사용량·내보낸 문서 수에 관한 조건은 없습니다. 이 정책은 C2PDF가 제공하는 자발적인 환불 약속이며, 모든 미국 온라인 구매에 일률적으로 적용되는 법정 환불 기간이라는 뜻은 아닙니다.
admin.chat2pdf@gmail.com으로 환불 요청을 보내 주세요. 구매를 찾을 수 있도록 구매 이메일 또는 주문 번호를 알려 주면 됩니다. 환불 사유나 사용 증빙은 필요하지 않습니다. 요청을 보낸 시각으로 14일 이내 여부를 판단하므로, 처리 지연 때문에 기간 내 요청이 거절되지는 않습니다.
환불은 Creem을 통해 원래 결제 수단으로 처리하며 해당 결제에서 받은 세금을 포함한 결제액 전액을 대상으로 합니다. 결제 수단에 반영되는 시점은 결제 제공업체·은행에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 환불 완료 시 해당 결제의 유료 이용 권리는 종료되고, 관련 연간 구독의 추가 자동결제도 중단합니다. 무료판은 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
라이선스 키는 기기 안에서 검증하므로 기존 키를 원격으로 삭제하거나 즉시 차단하지 못합니다. 연간 키는 자체 만료일까지 남아 있을 수 있고 평생 키에는 자동 만료가 없습니다. 이 기술적 한계와 별개로 환불된 유료 이용 권리는 종료됩니다. 환불 후 고급 설정에서 키를 지우고 무료판으로 이용해 주세요. 키 삭제 확인이나 사용량 검사는 환불 조건이 아닙니다.

7. 개인정보와 문서 검증의 한계
문서 생성과 대화 본문 처리는 브라우저 안에서 수행합니다. 결제·라이선스·지원 정보는 별도로 처리하며 개인정보처리방침에 설명합니다.
표지의 본문 해시는 메시지 역할과 공백을 정리한 본문 텍스트의 SHA-256 값입니다. 같은 확장 버전·메시지 범위·옵션으로 다시 내보낸 해시와 비교해 본문 텍스트의 일치 여부를 확인할 수 있습니다. 이미지·레이아웃·PDF 파일 전체의 변경 여부는 검증하지 않습니다. 해시 값 자체도 수정될 수 있으므로 믿을 수 있는 별도 원본 없이 문서의 무변조를 증명하지 못합니다. 작성자·작성 시각을 인증하는 전자서명이나 공인 타임스탬프가 아닙니다.
8. 올바른 이용과 서비스 변경
관련 법률과 원본 서비스의 이용 조건을 지키고, 권한 없는 콘텐츠 수집·개인정보 침해·키 공유·결제 사기에 확장을 사용하지 마세요. 확장 코드와 브랜드의 권리는 운영자 및 해당 권리자에게 있습니다. 법률상 허용되는 권리나 별도 공개된 오픈소스 라이선스는 이 조항으로 제한하지 않습니다.
외부 서비스 개편, 브라우저 변화 등으로 일부 출력이 달라지거나 기능이 일시적으로 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다. 중요한 문서는 저장 결과를 확인해 주세요. 기능 변경이나 제품 종료가 이미 구매한 권리에 영향을 주면 고객에게 알리고 적용 법률에 따른 구제·환불 권리를 보장합니다.
9. 고객 권리, 분쟁, 약관 변경
이 약관은 거주지 법률이 보장하는 강행적 소비자 권리, 디지털 제품 하자에 대한 구제, 법정 청약철회·환불 권리, 결제 분쟁 권리를 포기하게 하지 않습니다. 더 긴 환불 기간이나 다른 구제 수단이 법률상 보장되면 그 권리가 우선합니다. 고의·중대한 과실에 대한 책임이나 법률상 제한할 수 없는 책임을 배제하지 않습니다.
제품이나 구매에 문제가 있으면 admin.chat2pdf@gmail.com으로 알려 주세요. Creem 결제 관련 도움은 영수증의 고객 포털 또는 Creem 지원에서도 요청할 수 있습니다. 이 약관은 고객이 법률상 이용할 수 있는 법원·소비자 분쟁 해결 절차를 제한하지 않습니다.
약관을 고치면 시행일과 내용을 이 페이지에 표시하고, 구매자의 이용 권리에 중요한 영향을 주는 변경은 적용 전에 안내합니다. 기존 결제의 환불 약속이나 이미 결제한 이용 기간을 소급해 축소하지 않습니다.

1. Operator and scope
These terms cover the Chat → PDF Chrome extension, c2pdf.com, and Pro purchases and subscriptions provided by Durumi (Chrome Web Store publisher display name: Lumi). For product, license, cancellation, or refund support, email admin.chat2pdf@gmail.com.
The extension is an independent tool, unaffiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Perplexity AI. Accounts and fees for those services are not included.
2. Free and Pro use
The free edition exports one answer, the preceding 1–3 messages, or a whole conversation to PDF and Markdown without a separate account or a daily export limit. It includes a product attribution at the end of the document.
Pro adds Word (.docx) and Hangul (.hwpx) exports, message selection, custom ranges, expanding collapsed content, record covers, personal-data redaction, and removal of the product attribution. See the feature descriptions. Exact support depends on the installed version and the source service’s page structure.
You may use exported documents for personal or business purposes, provided you have the necessary rights to the content you save or share. The extension does not grant rights to third-party content or guarantee its accuracy. The operator claims no ownership of your exported documents.
Free Pro promo codes
Verify your email and redeem a Pro code to receive a free license. No card, payment, auto-renewal or conversion to a paid subscription is involved. Each campaign has its announced redemption deadline, total limit, duration and email-domain eligibility. School or institution codes require verified email at the specified domain. Timed licenses start at successful redemption and return to the free edition at expiry. Free lifetime licenses have no expiry and include extension updates and email support while the product is maintained. They do not include separate products/services or promise permanent server operation or third-party compatibility.
One redemption per email per campaign. Free periods cannot be stacked, extended or combined with an active paid entitlement or another free Pro license. Use on your own devices; sharing and resale are prohibited. Pausing a code stops new redemptions without shortening issued licenses. Redeeming with the same email and code during its validity recovers the key without restarting the period. A free license has no payment to refund. Mandatory customer rights remain unaffected.
3. Prices, duration, and automatic renewal
Pro annual subscription
US$2.99 / year · taxes additional
This subscription renews and charges automatically every year. The first payment covers one year; unless canceled, each renewal charges for the next annual period. Review the total and renewal date shown at checkout and in your receipt. You may cancel the next renewal at any time.
Pro lifetime license
US$19.99 · taxes additional
This is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Your purchased Chat → PDF Pro license has no expiry date. It includes updates released for this extension and email support while the product is maintained. Separately sold products or services are not included. It does not promise permanent server operation, permanent compatibility with a particular third-party service, or updates on a fixed schedule.
Both plans allow one purchaser to use the license on multiple devices they own, with no device-count limit or device-identifier tracking. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the key to other people is not permitted. Organization and multi-user licenses are subject to a separate quote and purchase terms.
Listed prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes, currency, and the total are shown before purchase. We will notify existing subscribers of price changes or material purchase-term changes before the next renewal and provide an opportunity to cancel. Changes do not retroactively reduce an already paid period.
4. Payments and license delivery
Creem acts as Merchant of Record and handle payment, receipts, applicable taxes, and refunds. The Creem Buyer Terms also apply to checkout. Durumi provides the extension, license, and product support.
After successful payment, a license key and instructions are shown on the return page and delivered to the purchase email. Paid keys require extension version 1.18.33 or later; update before applying the key. Apply the key through the extension’s Chrome toolbar icon → Advanced. If delivery or activation fails, contact support with your purchase email or order number. Do not send card numbers, security codes, or conversation bodies.
5. Canceling a subscription
You may cancel an annual subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee. Verify your purchase email at Recover key & manage billing or open the customer portal linked in your Creem purchase receipt, select the subscription, and choose Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription. If you cannot access the portal or prefer email, request cancellation at admin.chat2pdf@gmail.com.
Cancellation stops the next automatic charge. Pro remains available through the end of the paid period shown in your receipt; afterward you can continue using the free edition. Complete cancellation or send an email cancellation request before the renewal charge. Uninstalling the extension or removing its license key does not cancel a subscription.
Cancellation alone is separate from a refund of a payment already made. You may also request a refund for a recent payment under the policy below.
6. 14-day unconditional full refunds
Each initial purchase, annual renewal payment, and lifetime purchase is fully refundable when requested within 14 days of that payment’s timestamp. No reason, usage limit, or export-count condition applies. This is a voluntary C2PDF refund promise, not a statement that all US online purchases have a universal statutory 14-day refund period.
Email admin.chat2pdf@gmail.com to request a refund. Provide your purchase email or order number so we can locate the payment; no reason or proof of usage is required. Eligibility is based on when you send the request, so processing delays do not invalidate a timely request.
Creem processes the full amount charged, including taxes collected for that payment, back to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider posting times may vary. Once the refund is completed, the paid entitlement associated with that payment ends and further automatic charges on the related annual subscription are stopped. You may continue using the free edition.
Keys are verified locally, so an existing key cannot be remotely deleted or immediately blocked. An annual key may remain on the device until its own expiry; a lifetime key has no automatic expiry. Despite this technical limitation, the refunded paid entitlement ends. After a refund, remove the key in Advanced settings and use the free edition. Proof of key removal or usage checks is not a refund condition.

7. Privacy and document-verification limits
Document generation and conversation-body processing happen in your browser. Payment, license, and support information is processed separately, as explained in the privacy policy.
The cover’s content hash is SHA-256 over message roles and body text with whitespace normalized. Re-export using the same extension version, message range, and options and compare hashes to check whether the body text matches. This does not verify images, layout, or the whole PDF file. The hash itself can be edited, so it does not prove a document is unaltered without a separately trusted original. It is not a digital signature or trusted timestamp proving authorship or creation time.
8. Responsible use and product changes
Follow applicable law and the source services’ terms. Do not use the extension for unauthorized collection, privacy violations, key sharing, or payment fraud. Rights in extension code and branding remain with the operator and relevant rights holders. Statutory rights and separately published open-source licenses are not restricted by this clause.
Changes to third-party services or browsers can affect output or temporarily disrupt features. Check saved results before relying on important documents. If feature changes or product discontinuation affect purchased rights, we will notify customers and preserve remedies and refund rights required by applicable law.
9. Customer rights, disputes, and changes
These terms do not waive mandatory consumer protections under your local law, remedies for defective digital products, statutory withdrawal or refund rights, or payment-dispute rights. Any longer refund period or other remedy required by law remains available. Liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded is not excluded.
Contact admin.chat2pdf@gmail.com with product or purchase problems. You can also request help with Creem payments through the receipt’s customer portal or Creem support. These terms do not restrict courts or consumer-dispute procedures available to you under law.
When we change these terms, we will publish the effective date and updated text here. Material changes affecting purchased rights will be communicated before they apply. Changes do not retroactively reduce an existing payment’s refund promise or an already paid period.
